From Flower to Cup
The Journey

Cultivated
Grown in the hilly regions of Nepal using traditional, chemical-free methods by indigenous farming communities.

Hand-Picked
Each calyx is carefully selected at peak maturity, ensuring only the finest quality makes it to your cup.

Washed
Freshly harvested calyces are gently hand-washed in clean water to remove field dust while preserving the delicate petals.

Sun-Dried
Laid out on traditional drying beds under the Nepalese sun, the slow drying process preserves colour, flavour, and nutrients.

Packaged
Carefully sorted, quality-checked, and packaged by the community that grew it, ready for its journey to the UK.

Brewed
Steep in hot water and watch the deep ruby-red colour unfold. Enjoy hot or iced, on its own or with a touch of honey.
Tasting Notes
A Cup of Character
Rosella's flavour is the jammy tartness of red fruits. Often compared to cranberry, rhubarb, and raspberry, with a bright citrus tang courtesy of its natural vitamin C content.
The infusion produces a stunning deep ruby-red colour that deepens as it steeps. The aroma is floral and fruity, with a clean finish that lingers pleasantly.
Naturally caffeine-free, rosella is suited to any time of day. It works beautifully as a hot infusion in winter or a chilled iced tea on warm afternoons. Add honey for sweetness, or a squeeze of lemon to brighten the tart notes.
