Tasting Notes

A Cup of Character

Rosella's flavour is the jammy tartness of red fruits. Often compared to cranberry, rhubarb, and raspberry, with a bright citrus tang courtesy of its natural vitamin C content.

The infusion produces a stunning deep ruby-red colour that deepens as it steeps. The aroma is floral and fruity, with a clean finish that lingers pleasantly.

Naturally caffeine-free, rosella is suited to any time of day. It works beautifully as a hot infusion in winter or a chilled iced tea on warm afternoons. Add honey for sweetness, or a squeeze of lemon to brighten the tart notes.
