Measure Your Tea
Add approximately 2 tablespoons of loose-leaf tea to your infuser for every 3 cups of water.
Prepare Warm Water
Heat fresh, filtered water to approximately 90-95°C (194-203°F). The water should be hot but not vigorously boiling.
Pour and Steep
Pour the warm water over the tea leaves in your teapot and let it steep for 6-7 minutes to extract the full flavour and aroma.
Serve and Enjoy
Remove the infuser and pour your perfectly brewed tea into cups. Add sweetener or honey to taste if desired.
Tea Wisdom
Three principles for the perfect cup
Water Quality
Always use fresh, filtered water for the cleanest, most pure flavour profile.
Timing Matters
Respect the steeping times to avoid over-extraction which can lead to bitterness.
Personalize
Adjust the amount of tea and steeping time to discover your perfect cup.
