At Cliff Natural Tea, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy below regarding returns and exchanges.
Exchanges
- We only offer exchanges if you received the wrong item or if your product is unused and in its original packaging.
- If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange at no extra cost.
- Items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for exchange.
Returns
- We do not accept returns for change of mind or opened products due to food safety reasons.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
How to Request an Exchange
- Email us at cliffnaturaltea@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.
- Include clear photos if you received the wrong item or if there is any damage.
- We will respond with instructions for your exchange.
